In 1984, Yorkshire born Herb Roselle, pictured left, formed the Wheaton Brass Band, (which would later become the Atlantic Brass Band), one of the first British brass bands in the United States.

Herb was/is a dixieland trombonist, having played with a number of organizations throughout NJ, notably the Atlantic CIty Jazz Band.  He is the semi-retired owner of Regional Music.

Herb is a graduate of Millville Senior High School, Millville, NJ and attended Rowan University then the University of Pennsylvania.
